The flowers look like miniature hollyhocks of the mallow kind to me, which I love the idea of in that it seems a perfect cottage garden flower.
The plant prefers cool summers and does not like the hot weather here in Missouri, so I am not sure why I ever had it in my garden.
I found a photo of this flower from 2001 in my garden and I think I may like to try to get it again, so I am preserving it on this website page.
